We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Clerical Clerk to support a project-based assignment focused on administrative and data entry tasks. This role is fully on-site and will help the team work through a backlog while keeping current on ongoing transactional work. The position is temporary only (not temp-to-hire).

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Support a transactional clerical project involving tickets/tolls processing
  • Follow established processes and workflows
  • Maintain organized and error-free records
  • Work within internal systems and basic Microsoft Office tools
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in clerical, administrative, or data entry roles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Comfortable navigating computer systems and office software
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Ability to stay focused and productive in a process-driven environment
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Assignment Length: Approximately 4–6 weeks (may extend up to 60–90 days)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Range: $15.00–$17.00 per hour
