Overview:
Our client is seeking to add a Verification Generalist to their team in Greenville, SC. The Verification Generalist is responsible for reviewing data for accuracy, ensuring documentation is clear and concise, and utilizing resources such as Excel, data sources, and websites to verify information.
Duties:
  • Review data from court endorsed documents to input into system of record to ensure information is accurate and most up to date.
  • Utilize court sites for proper judgment documentation.
  • Reviewing and understanding balances (i.e. per judgment and interest) to ensure itemization.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel, internal data sources, and third-party websites to ensure accuracy of records and consumer data.
  • Update and manage validation worksheets to communicate exceptions and validation confirmations to management team, strictly adhering to an outlined template.
  • Conduct work processes within scope as outlined by management team.     
  • Ensure notation is clear and concise while conveying important details within the verification process to allow accurate reporting and support for team members.
  • Meet determined KPIs within each account type: Accounts per hour and error rate.      
  • Review accounts for accuracy of records; correcting existing data and researching new information as needed.
  • Reviewing peer completed work for accuracy of detail, suggesting corrections, and updating the consumer profile properly within the system.
  • Review work product for accuracy of others: cross check against set standard

Requirements:
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, OneNote).
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be flexible within multiple work types and enjoy working with staff of all levels.
  • Average analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a team environment.
  • Must be punctual and reliable.
  • Must be comfortable with meeting strict deadlines and KPIs.
Compensation/Benefits:
  • $18/hour
  • Temp-to-perm
