Job Description:
- Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for enterprise clients
- Create and execute onboarding plans
- Identify project risks, maintain escalation dashboards, and lead mitigation planning and resolution
- Develop and implement a consistent, enterprise-wide project management framework
- Establish and manage the projects including project charters, stakeholder registers, milestone dashboards, central issue logs, and quality checkpoints
- Create detailed project plans
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders
- Facilitate coordination meetings, communications, and information-sharing across stakeholders
- Gather feedback from clients and internal teams
- Implement best practices and process enhancements
- Continuously gather feedback from clients and internal teams
- Measure process effectiveness
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent experience in MS Office Suites (including strong Excel skills)
Hours:
- Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
Compensation & Benefits:
- $70,000 – $80,000
