Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoots common issues for users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Creates tickets for technicians on issues that need to be escalated
- Creates and closes tickets for issues already resolved
- Acts as an assistant to team leaders and supervisors on assigned projects and tasks
- Images computers at least 1 day a week
- Communicates with team members and supervisor daily
- Assists other IT services personnel with various technical issues
- Create Reports
- Manage setup, transfers and removal of equipment
- Signs out and returns equipment to inventory area as needed
- Updates inventory database each time equipment is added, relocated or removed
