Experience within a similar role is preferred and experience with scheduling and accounts receivable is preferrable.
Responsibilities:
- Answer routine customer service calls regarding concerns and questions on commercial and residential accounts.
- Resolve billing questions, service inquiries, cancellations, price changes, and basic equipment issues, which may require outbound communication to other parties.
- Assist with Accounts Receivables and take payments from customers.
- Return all internal and external calls, emails, and faxes in a timely manner.
- Enter service data into systems for billing, scheduling, and documentation purposes.
- Log all customer interactions into systems for record keeping.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Friendly, professional personality with good communication skills for over the phone and email with customers.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar customer service role within an industrial company
- Experience with scheduling of dispatching services or maintenance repairs.
- Organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
Schedule: On-site, Monday through Friday, either 7:30 or 8am to 4:30 or 5pm
