A reputable, corporate organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior executive. Experience supporting a C-Suite executive is required. This is a temporary contract with the opportunity to be hired permanently.
 
Length of Assignment: 3 months
Hourly Pay Rate: $30 – 40 hr.
Schedule: 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday
Location: 100% onsite in Greenville, SC 29615
 
Responsibilities:
  • Conserve executive time by managing communications, drafting correspondence, handling expenses, researching information, and initiating calls
  • Anticipate executive needs through proactive, detailed, and creative thinking
  • Manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar, including meetings, travel, and events
  • Balance competing priorities to maintain workflow, complete essential projects, and meet deadlines
  • Partner with leadership and teams to gather information, build presentations, and support strategic projects
  • Serve as primary point of contact for high-level internal and external relationships
  • Manage phone and email inquiries and respond appropriately
  • Demonstrate strong writing abilities and presentation development skills
  • Support company programs and operations through assigned tasks
  • Contribute as a collaborative team member, providing backup support and helping achieve group goals
 
Qualifications:
  • College degree
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a C-Suite executive in a professional office setting
  • Exceptional organization, time management, and project coordination skills with strong attention to detail and discretion
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 with experience in cloud systems; SAP and Concur preferred
  • Strategic, resourceful problem solver able to drive tasks and projects from concept to completion
  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage travel, expenses, and diverse administrative needs
  • Ability to work 100% onsite
