Job Description:
- Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion across key balance sheet accounts
- Assist with investigating and resolving reconciling items
- Support month-end close activities, including journal entry preparation, variance analysis, and account review
- Maintain organized records and documentation for audit readiness and compliance with internal controls
- Provide ad-hoc accounting support as needed
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in general accounting work
- Experience with NetSuite
- Strong Excel Skills
- Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:30
- ONSITE
- $25 hourly
- Temporary Assignment through the end of May 2026
