We are seeking a professional temporary Accounting Specialist to join a team in Brevard, NC. This is a full time, temporary position that will last until the end of May 2026. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in general accounting and reconciliation work and will be experienced in NetSuite.

Job Description:
  • Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion across key balance sheet accounts
  • Assist with investigating and resolving reconciling items
  • Support month-end close activities, including journal entry preparation, variance analysis, and account review
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for audit readiness and compliance with internal controls
  • Provide ad-hoc accounting support as needed
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience in general accounting work
  • Experience with NetSuite
  • Strong Excel Skills
Hours:
  • Monday to Friday 8:30 to 4:30
  • ONSITE
Compensation & Additional Details:
  • $25 hourly
  • Temporary Assignment through the end of May 2026
