Blair Spano
Office Coordinator
Blair serves as the Office Coordinator in our Columbia office. In this role, she works closely with our Sales and Recruiting team in the Midlands to efficiently and effectively support their needs – from overseeing office management to providing administrative support for clients and candidates. With a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, Blair works to keep the office and team organized and running smoothly.
Prior to joining FGP, she served as a Document Control Specialist, where she developed strong skills in documentation management, accuracy, and regulatory standards. Blair is a graduate of USC-Aiken with a Bachelor’s in Sociology.

What do you love to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, traveling, reading a good book, and being outdoors.
What is your proudest accomplishment?
My proudest accomplishment is being a mom to my son, Caiden. He is the light and joy of my life! Every day I strive to be the best version of myself for him.
What’s your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?
I’ve traveled to many places like the Bahamas, Paris, Canada, Cancun, and many states, but my favorite destinations so far have been either Ireland or Turks & Caicos. Both are beautiful and amazing! My dream place to visit is Greece.
