A growing and local construction company in Greenville is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a “make-it-happen” mindset, and thrive in a team driven culture. You will lead on-site construction operations and help to drive projects, safely, efficiently and with high quality execution. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Responsibilities: 
  • Manage daily on-site construction activities from mobilization to closeout
  • Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestone completion
  • Conduct daily site walks and quality inspections
  • Coordinate with all parties involved on job site
  • Lead jobsite meetings, safety briefings, and inspections
  • Prepare and submit daily field reports and documentation
Qualifications: 
  • 10+ years of experience in a commercial or industrial construction
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Prior Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent experience
  • Knowledge of construction means and methods throughout a project
Benefits & Compensation: 
  • $90k – $100k
