Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys within the Workers’ Compensation practice
- Draft, edit, and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court filings
- Maintain and organize case files, calendars, and critical deadlines with exceptional accuracy
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Assist with discovery, document management, and scheduling
- Support attorneys with trial preparation and hearing coordination
- Handle billing, time entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure timely, accurate completion of work in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of prior law firm experience (Workers’ Compensation or insurance defense experience strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Salary Range: $45,000–$65,000
