The Business Development Associate is a remote, field focused role (Georgia & Florida) responsible for early stage outreach and relationship building with hospitals and healthcare facilities. This position supports pipeline growth through consultative education, research, and in person engagement, with a primary focus on understanding customer needs rather than closing deals.

Description:
  • The Business Development Associate serves as a frontline representative to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations that may benefit from scaled or customized service solutions. The role is highly consultative and front end focused, emphasizing education, discovery, and long term relationship development.
  • Responsibilities include conducting in person outreach to hospitals and clinics, researching regional healthcare dynamics, and initiating conversations with key clinical and administrative stakeholders. The associate works to understand facility needs, introduce relevant service capabilities, and schedule introductory and discovery meetings.
  • This role partners closely with senior business development leaders and marketing to align messaging, refine outreach strategies, and convert early conversations into qualified opportunities.
  • Travel is flexible and self-managed, driven by customer needs and regional opportunity. The role is best suited for someone who is comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and building trust through in person engagement.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in medical or healthcare sales, business development, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, communications, or a related discipline preferred
  • Strong consultative and relationship building skills
  • Comfort with frequent travel (air + car) and in person outreach
  • Ability to research, prepare, and tailor messaging to different healthcare audiences
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Self-directed with the ability to manage a flexible schedule
  • Experience using CRM tools and standard business technology

Compensation and Benefits
  • $75,000-85,000 plus incentive package
  • A comprehensive benefits package is also provided, including health coverage, paid time off, and support for travel related expenses.
