A well known client of ours in Charleston is looking to hire a Sterilization Tech to support their dental clinics by ensuring instruments and supplies are cleaned, assembled, sterilized, and delivered in full compliance with regulatory and infection control standards. This is a direct hire and fully onsite position. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Operate sterilization equipment to prepare and process dental instruments safely and accurately
  • Clean, inspect, assemble, wrap, and package instruments according to CDC, OSHA, FDA, AAMI, and Department of Health standards
  • Identify malfunctioning instruments and coordinate repairs
  • Maintain sterilization logs, quality controls, and infection prevention records
  • Support asset management of instruments and trays
  • Serve as a backup Dental Assistant when needed
Qualifications: 
  • High School Diploma 
  • 1 year of experience training in sterile processing, dental assisting, or related clinical environment
Benefits & Compensation: 
  • $38k – $43k
