Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet customers
- Build, manage, and track loads and pricing within an internal transportation system
- Respond quickly to quote requests and new shipping opportunities
- Secure carrier capacity and ensure loads are covered
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with a growing customer base
- Resolve scheduling issues, service disruptions, and delivery challenges
- Address customer questions, requests, and concerns professionally
- Coordinate with carriers to resolve pickup and delivery issues
- Follow up with shippers and consignees to identify additional service needs
- Support team members and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role supporting external clients
- Transportation or logistics industry experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask
- Customer-centric mindset and commitment to service excellence
- Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing as a team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- $45,000-$53,000 depending on logistics experience
