We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for our client in Lyman, SC. The ideal candidate is a hands-on accounting leader with a strong manufacturing background who can oversee day-to-day accounting operations, deliver insightful financial reporting, and partner with leadership to drive informed business decisions. This role is full time and onsite.
  
Responsibilities:   
  • Lead full-cycle accounting operations, including AP, AR, General Ledger, and month-end close
  • Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and actionable insights to leadership
  • Develop and track key financial metrics such as gross margin, job costing, inventory, cash flow, and working capital
  • Drive manufacturing cost and job costing analysis; partner with operations to improve efficiency and margins
  • Optimize ERP systems, internal controls, and reporting through process automation and improvements   
Qualifications:  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
  • Manufacturing and cost accounting experience preferred
  • ERP experience (Infor Visual or similar preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, v-lookups) 
Compensation & Benefits:
