Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain an online workflow system to track packaging projects, approvals, and timelines.
- Coordinate project activities across internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitor project schedules and follow up with stakeholders to secure approvals and keep projects on track.
- Assist with basic updates, file organization, and version control for packaging artwork and related documents.
- Use graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator, to edit .ai files and generate .pdf files for packaging designs and revisions.
- Create 3D renderings of packaging items (cans, bags, cartons, etc.) with updated labels or artwork applied.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all packaging projects, including approvals, revisions, and final files.
- Support compliance efforts by ensuring packaging documentation aligns with regulatory and internal requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between departments such as Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, and R&D to communicate project needs and updates.
- Coordinate with external vendors including agencies, printers, and suppliers to facilitate project execution.
- Organize and manage digital asset libraries to ensure accurate and current files are accessible for production and reference.
- Assist in tracking vendor deliverables, reviewing documentation, and supporting invoice verification processes.
- Prepare status reports, summaries, and administrative updates for leadership as needed.
- Support process improvements and other administrative projects as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in packaging graphics, label management, or graphic production preferred.
- Experience in food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or printing industry strongly preferred.
