The Manager – Label Graphics Administration is responsible for coordinating, organizing, and supporting the packaging graphics approval process for branded and private label products. This role focuses on managing workflows, maintaining documentation, and ensuring projects move efficiently through established processes. The position serves as a central point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of packaging-related projects.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain an online workflow system to track packaging projects, approvals, and timelines.
  • Coordinate project activities across internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Monitor project schedules and follow up with stakeholders to secure approvals and keep projects on track.
  • Assist with basic updates, file organization, and version control for packaging artwork and related documents.
  • Use graphic design software, including Adobe Illustrator, to edit .ai files and generate .pdf files for packaging designs and revisions.
  • Create 3D renderings of packaging items (cans, bags, cartons, etc.) with updated labels or artwork applied.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all packaging projects, including approvals, revisions, and final files.
  • Support compliance efforts by ensuring packaging documentation aligns with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments such as Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, and R&D to communicate project needs and updates.
  • Coordinate with external vendors including agencies, printers, and suppliers to facilitate project execution.
  • Organize and manage digital asset libraries to ensure accurate and current files are accessible for production and reference.
  • Assist in tracking vendor deliverables, reviewing documentation, and supporting invoice verification processes.
  • Prepare status reports, summaries, and administrative updates for leadership as needed.
  • Support process improvements and other administrative projects as assigned.
 
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in packaging graphics, label management, or graphic production preferred.
  • Experience in food manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, or printing industry strongly preferred.
