Description:
- Hours: 3rd shift – 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- Schedule: 4-4-3 schedule (4 days on, 4 days off, 3 days on, and so on)
- $36/hour for Level 3 experience – 5 years experience required
- (Lower pay for Level 1 or Level 2 experience – $28 minimum)
- Plus $1/hour for working 3rd shift
- Diagnose and resolve issues and repair malfunctions or breakdowns with minimal production downtime
- Maintain equipment and machinery through preventative maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues and mechanical issues on robots, hydraulic machinery and equipment and pneumatic machinery and equipment
- Perform root cause analysis to determine issues and prevent reoccurrence of said issues
- Troubleshoot PLCs (no programming required)
- Assist with installing or upgrade equipment
- Repair/replace motors, pulleys, lathes, drill presses, grinders, conveyors, and more
- Develop or adjust PM plan as needed
- Provide additional support to floor staff and other members of the maintenance team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- For Level 3 position, MUST have 5 years experience in:
- Electrical maintenance in a manufacturing facility
- Mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing facility
- Can consider less years of above experience at lower pay rates ($28 for Level 1, $33/hour for Level 2)
- Associate’s Degree is a plus but not required if the experience makes up for it
- Must be able to work 3rd shift on a 4-4-3 schedule
- Must be able to work 12 hour shifts from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on a 4-4-3 schedule
- Must take background check and drug screen
