A leading business technology solutions provider is seeking a motivated Sales Account Executive to join its growing team in Rome, Georgia. This role offers the opportunity to inherit an established book of business while developing new client relationships across the territory. Ideal candidates enjoy working independently in the field, building strong customer partnerships, and driving business growth with the support of an experienced leadership team. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing business customers within an assigned territory.
- Manage and grow an established portfolio of accounts while identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution-based sales consultations.
- Maintain regular in-person customer engagement and territory coverage.
- Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and account updates within CRM systems.
- Previous outside sales, business development, or account management experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently while managing a territory effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience developing new business and managing existing customer accounts.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on relevant experience.
- $45k – $50k base + commission (OTE $70k+)
