Katelyn Young

As an Associate Consultant on FGP’s HR Consulting Team, Katelyn partners with both our Consulting and Organizational Advisory leaders to develop and package excellent deliverables for our clients. Whether it’s designing engaging employee training programs or supporting HR process improvements, Katelyn collaborates closely with our consultants to ensure our client’s goals, culture, and vision are clearly represented to and for their people. On any given week, Katelyn can be found in a client’s office supporting an HR assessment, in an employee training facilitating productive conversations, or streamlining a payroll process behind the scenes. Her work reflects FGP’s commitment to delivering high-quality service for our clients.

Prior to her role at FGP, Katelyn worked as a Project Manager in Tech Marketing. During this time she supported clients such as Microsoft and PwC as they navigated the ever-shifting landscape of tech implementation and tech innovation.

What is your favorite game or sport to watch and play?
We’re a big golf family! My brother-in-law plays golf professionally, so we watch a LOT of PGA golf throughout the year.

Aside from necessities, what is the one thing you could not go a day without?​
C O F F E E . It’s a personality trait at this point. I am coffee and coffee is me. Anyone who wants to make me feel loved knows that I am one iced latte away from the latest best day of my life.
