A respected higher education organization is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a leadership-focused program. This role combines program administration, recruitment coordination, event logistics, stakeholder engagement, and budget support, making it an excellent opportunity for a highly organized professional who enjoys working in a dynamic campus environment.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate program schedules, meetings, events, and operational activities
  • Support recruitment efforts by managing applications, interview logistics, and candidate communications
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective participants and their families
  • Track participant progress and maintain accurate records to ensure program requirements are completed
  • Assist with outreach and engagement initiatives involving current participants, alumni, and key stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and program materials for leadership and donor communications
  • Manage purchasing activities, expense tracking, and budget-related documentation
  • Collaborate with internal partners to support scholarship and funding processes
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience in administrative support, program coordination, event planning, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders
 
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $48,000 to $50,000 annual salary
