Responsibilities:
- Review collection calls for both compliance and overall call quality
- Document findings, identify trends, and support remediation and reporting
- Evaluate calls based on established scorecards, client requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards
- Identify coaching opportunities to improve consumer experience and overall call quality
- 1–3 years of experience in debt collection or financial services
- Prior exposure to call monitoring is important — either from working directly on the phones or reviewing/listening to calls
- Strong administrative and documentation skills, including Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Comfortable working within a recurring monthly cycle; the specific work may vary throughout the month, but the monitoring and reporting process resets each month
- Interested in growing into broader ownership of the call monitoring function
- Hourly pay rate of $22/hr
- Hybrid schedule once training is successfully completed
- Temp-to-perm opportunity with potential to convert to a permanent employee
