We are seeking a Temporary Digital Content Specialist for a 3-month contract opportunity with a corporate organization in Greenville, SC. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys digital content organization, visual design, and creating engaging employee experiences through intranet platforms.
 
The selected candidate will support the migration to a new intranet environment by strategically organizing and designing content layouts while ensuring alignment with established brand standards. This is a fully onsite position offering hands-on experience with digital communications and content management.
 
Schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday
Location: 100% Onsite in Downtown Greenville
Pay: $19-$24 per hour, based on experience
 
Responsibilities:
  • Organize and migrate existing content into a new intranet platform
  • Design intuitive, user-friendly page layouts and navigation structures
  • Strategically place content to enhance employee engagement and accessibility
  • Ensure all published content aligns with company branding and visual standards
  • Utilize provided graphics, images, and approved content assets to create appealing intranet pages
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand content organization needs
  • Review content placement for accuracy, consistency, and usability
  • Maintain a professional and cohesive digital experience across intranet pages
  • Support testing and quality assurance efforts during the intranet transition
  • Identify opportunities to improve content presentation and user experience

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0-2 years of experience in digital content management, communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud tools
  • Familiarity with intranet platforms, content management systems, or website administration
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Internal communications experience is a plus
