About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated, customer-focused Managed Services Engineer to support and maintain IT environments for a diverse client base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
While experience with networking, servers, and cybersecurity is valuable, we place a higher emphasis on attitude, communication skills, and a passion for technology. We are committed to training the right individual and helping them grow their technical expertise
What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support and exceptional customer service to clients.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain networks, servers, and IT systems.
- Support implementations of networking, wireless, firewall, cybersecurity, and virtualization solutions.
- Respond to service tickets and system alerts in a timely manner.
- Assist with configuring and supporting switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and Microsoft environments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Collaborate with engineers and field technicians to deliver successful IT solutions.

Preferred Experience
- Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Microsoft 365 administration.
- Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing.
- Virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware.
- Firewalls, wireless networking, and cybersecurity concepts.
- Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience is a plus.
Education & Certifications
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent experience and technical aptitude will be considered.
- Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, Security+, or Fortinet are a plus but not required.
