Kamber Parker Bowden

As an Executive Consultant at FGP and Founder of GPS, Kamber Parker Bowden brings expertise in workforce strategy, multigenerational performance, and organizational change to the HR Consulting team. Her work is grounded in workforce data and research, helping organizations move beyond assumptions about their people to better understand what employees and leaders are actually experiencing. She partners with organizations to translate those insights into practical strategies around communication, leadership development, engagement, change adoption, and generational dynamics. Kamber is also the author of The Generational Advantage, which explores how organizations can better understand and leverage the strengths of a multigenerational workforce. At FGP, she brings this research-driven approach to helping clients make stronger people decisions and prepare their workforce for what’s next.

Prior to joining FGP, Kamber spent eight years building and leading her own workforce strategy and training company, partnering with organizations ranging from growing businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Her work included workforce research, consulting, keynotes, and leadership development focused on improving performance across generations.

Interesting Facts:

What was your first job?
If we go way back to my very first job at 14, it was a youth soccer referee. It was tough! Learned a lot, grew a lot, and learned that parents of 7 year olds can be really competitive.

If you could have any other fantasy career what would it be and why?
News anchor (that’s why I studied Communications and Political Science!).

What do you love to do outside of work?
I am a certified Yoga teacher at Soul Yoga and I really enjoy spending my time teaching and practicing yoga.
