We are seeking a part-time IT Consultant to support an existing Azure SQL database and Power Apps environment. The initial focus will be knowledge transfer, followed by light monthly maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for future system projects.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and troubleshoot Azure SQL databases
  • Support and enhance existing Power Apps
  • Write and troubleshoot SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
  • Assist with data corrections, imports, and quality checks
  • Document the environment during knowledge transfer
  • Provide occasional user and system support
  • Support future accounting software and integration projects

Qualifications

  • Strong Azure SQL or Microsoft SQL Server experience
  • Hands-on Power Apps experience
  • Ability to support an existing production environment independently
  • Power Automate or Power BI experience is a plus

Engagement Details

  • Fully remote, part-time contract
  • Initial knowledge transfer conducted over several short sessions
  • Light monthly maintenance and on-call troubleshooting afterward
  • Future projects typically require 15–20 hours per week for 4–6 weeks
  • Potential for recurring work over multiple years
