Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a small team while also executing key marketing initiatives. Work closely with the CEO and leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals. Develop and execute marketing strategy to support the growth of the firm. 
Digital Advertising & PPC: Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns through outsourced vendors. Campaigns include Google Ads, LinkedIn, Local Service Ads, Facebook, etc.) and focus on driving qualified leads to the business. 
SEO & Content Strategy: Oversee and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions. Work with content teams to create high-quality, keyword-optimized content.
Lead Generation: Oversee and refine the lead generation strategy, utilizing inbound and outbound marketing tactics to drive new business opportunities. Monitor and optimize conversion funnels.
Referral & Partnership Programs: Develop and enhance client referral programs, strategic partnerships, and community involvement initiatives to increase client acquisition.
Data & Analytics: Define KPIs and implement robust tracking and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness. Use data insights to refine marketing strategies continuously.
Technology & AI Adoption: Stay ahead of emerging marketing technologies, including AI-driven tools for campaign automation, content creation, and customer engagement. Ensure the team is leveraging cutting-edge tools for maximum efficiency.
Brand Presence & Content Marketing: Develop and execute a strong brand presence through content marketing, social media, and video to engage target audiences and strengthen brand positioning.

Qualifications & Experience:

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a professional services or legal firm, managing a large marketing budget. 
Proven expertise in digital marketing, PR campaigns, PPC, SEO, lead generation, referral marketing, paid marketing and brand development with a track record of achieving measurable results. 
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and marketing performance optimization.
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing technologies and a willingness to adopt new tools and methodologies.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) preferred but not required.
