    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Develop and lead the firm’s integrated marketing strategy to support growth, brand awareness, recruitment, and client engagement and retention. 
    Manage firm-level marketing initiatives including brand positioning, digital presence, public relations, and marketing collateral.
    Oversee planning, promotion, and execution of corporate events—from internal team meetings and recognition programs to client appreciation events and multi-day offsites.
    Drive event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, promotional material development, timelines, budgeting, and guest communications.
    Collaborate closely with executive leadership and leadership teams at each office to ensure messaging and materials are consistent, compelling, and on-brand.
    Maintain and evolve the firm’s digital marketing presence—including website, SEO, email campaigns, and social media.
    Manage marketing tools such as CRM and automation platforms to streamline communications and track engagement.
    Serve as primary liaison with creative agencies, event vendors, and PR consultants.
    Ensure consistent application of visual and verbal brand standards across all materials and experiences.
    Contribute to firm culture by leading memorable, mission-aligned experiences for team members, advisors, and clients throughout the year.

     

    IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
    7+ years of relevant experience, preferably working in professional services 
    Proven success managing marketing programs and coordinating end-to-end event experiences
    Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on brand positioning and storytelling
    Demonstrated ability to juggle strategy and execution—comfortable leading and doing
    Proficient in digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
    Strong project management and vendor management skills
    Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously
    Energetic, collaborative, and highly responsive to both internal and external partners
