Allison Boozer

Senior Executive Search Consultant

As a Senior Executive Search Consultant at FGP, Allison specializes in recruiting projects for C-level management and senior leadership positions mostly with acute care hospital systems and emerging healthcare companies. With each placement, Allison focuses on cultural integration and the desired change within the organization. Her favorite part of her job is establishing a true, long-term partnership with clients.

Prior to joining FGP, Allison was a Technology Recruiter with a national recruiting firm. Before beginning her recruiting career, she spent more than five years as a Senior Publishing Consultant with CreateSpace, an Amazon.com company. Allison has been with FGP since 2012 and has been recognized with the “Great By Choice” award and the Executive Search Division’s top performance award.

Interesting Facts:

If you could have any other fantasy career what would it be and why?

I would be a judge on Top Chef and in my “off season” I would be an international luxury resort “rater” for Travel + Leisure.

What’s the most daring thing you’ve ever done?

I moved to NYC at 21 years of age with 2 bags of clothes, 1 bag of shoes and $500. I ended up staying for 5 years!

What is your personal life motto?

Don’t take life too seriously. Laugh as many times in a day as possible.
