Andrew Davis

Director of Information Technology

As the Director of Information Technology, Andrew is responsible for the management, maintenance, and support of all of FGP’s technology platforms and infrastructure. Andrew is passionate about leveraging technology to meet business initiatives and objectives in an efficient manner, as well as bringing a human element into the technology side of business. He is always working to increase the effectiveness, efficiency, and security of FGP’s IT assets and information.

Prior to joining the FGP team, Andrew was responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and handling all aspects of IT infrastructure within a financial institution. He was also responsible for budgeting, team building, regulatory compliance, and information/physical security for the company.

What is your favorite sport to watch or play?

Football or soccer. I am a die-hard Tennessee Volunteer and Liverpool Football Club fan!

What’s the last book you read and what did you think?

Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink. This book was eye-opening for me, as it explains that true leadership involves taking ownership of everything you and your team produce, including successes and failures.

What is your greatest piece of life advice?
