Executive Search Consultant

Caleb serves as an Executive Search Consultant within our Accounting and Finance Division, and he is based in our Columbia office. He works to build relationships with candidates and clients, taking the time to understand their specific needs, then connecting them with roles that align with their skills and experiences. He is responsible for finding accounting and finance talent across all industries to help clients fill critical roles and grow their business.

Caleb began his time at FGP as a Technology Recruiter. Prior to that he worked in the Medical staffing industry as well as the Department of Energy sector where he was responsible for placing highly qualified engineers and designers in government assignments in and around the nuclear energy field.

Interesting Facts:

What is your favorite game or sport to watch or play?

I love the sport of Triathlon, both watching and participating. Last year, I completed my first full Ironman triathlon in Panama City Beach, FL.

What do you love to do outside of work?

I love working on old cars in my free time. I am currently working on restoring a 1966 Chevy C10 pickup truck.

If you could have any other fantasy career what would it be and why?

I spent several years as a High School Girls basketball coach and love the sport. In my fantasy career, I would be running a Women’s college basketball program and competing for National Championships!
