Danese Addessi has been an HR Consultant with FGP for more than 10 years. She specializes in the areas of recruitment and career transition services nationally and across all industries. Danese provides a great client experience through her positive energy, professionalism, transparent communication, and quality of work, resulting in quickly establishing trust and credibility. As a respected HR professional, she is known for being “people centric” and client focused.

With over 20 years in the Human Resources field, she brings to FGP experience at corporate and field levels supporting clients in diverse industries including manufacturing, warehouse distribution, logistics, waste brokerage, and financial services. Danese graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from University of North Florida.

What kind of music are you into right now? 

I enjoy all types of music and spend most of my time listening to contemporary Christian with TobyMac and Lauren Daigle being two of my favorites.

What motivates you to work hard? 

My strong desire to make a positive contribution and help others motivates me to work hard. Whether collaborating with a colleague, partnering with a client, or assisting a candidate – being part of the solution and helping others achieve success is very rewarding!

What is the one thing you could not go a day without?

I probably couldn’t go a day without talking and may have been misnamed – I’m a bit of a Chatty Cathy!
