Demie is a strategic HR consultant with over 20 years of experience supporting organizations through their continuous improvement journeys. Her areas of expertise are compliance, coaching, compensation, employee relations, talent management, and training. She enjoys having the opportunity to also give back to her community.

Prior to joining FGP, Demie supported organizations as a trusted HR business partner leading the HR function and driving key processes globally. She brings years of experiences from manufacturing, healthcare, aerospace, energy, and textiles. Demie earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Science from Clemson University. She holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).

What do you love to do outside of work?

I come from a traditional “Big Greek Family”. Outside of spending lots of time with my husband and children, I love spending time with the rest of my family sharing stories from the past.

What’s your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?

I would like to go to Australia and swim the Great Barrier Reefs.

What is your personal life motto?

“Everything in life happened for a reason.” That is why I am now here and so excited!
