Associate Recruiter

Erin is an Associate Recruiter in FGP’s Greenville office. She supports the recruiting team by helping with administrative tasks, resume formatting, candidate screening, and candidate communication. Erin enjoys providing organization to the team and works diligently to make the job search process smooth for candidates. She loves working with people and helping them meet their goals.

Before coming to FGP, Erin was a commercial lines account manager at a local independent insurance agency for 4 years and has also worked in the nonprofit industry.

What is your favorite game or sport to watch or play?

Football! I love cheering for the Clemson Tigers and because of my husband, the Green Bay Packers!

What motivates you to work hard?

I am motivated to work hard when I know there is an opportunity to serve others. I believe every job in every industry presents opportunities to serve other people, so keeping the mindset that my work is not just about me definitely keeps me motivated!

What celebrity would you like to meet at Starbucks for coffee?

Dolly Parton. Although I think if I ever met her in person, I may pass out from stardom…
