Prior to re-joining FGP, Jay operated his own recruiting and consulting business. Working with clients and board members during the initial phase of the recruitment process elevated his expertise and allowed him to become a successful recruiter. He maintains that finding individuals who are exceptional cultural fits for his clients are always a top priority.
What’s your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?
I have so many places I would still like to go. I completed one leg of the Camino de Santiago (The French Way). I really want to go back and complete another leg of the French Way, and then I want to finish at least one leg of the Portuguese Way.
What did you want to be when you were small?
I enjoy history, science and nature, so I really wanted to be an archaeologist.
Is there anything you wish would come back into fashion?
I really love all the fashion from the eighties, except for mullets. Well, maybe not the Michael Jackson gloves or “members only” jackets either.
