Madison serves as a Professional Staffing Recruiter in our Charleston office. She works to discover talent that will help both clients and candidates achieve their goals. Madison is responsible for conducting screening calls with potential candidates to learn about their needs and set them up for success in the job search process. She enjoys building relationships and has a passion for helping others achieve their dreams.

Prior to joining FGP, Madison worked in aviation recruiting. She is a graduate of Clemson University.

What is your favorite game or sport to watch or play?

I love watching Clemson Football. I grew up a Clemson fan and have been attending games since I can remember.

What do you love to do outside of work?

Outside of work I love to travel, exercise, attend concerts and explore new coffee shops! I also love to be out on the water when the weather is nice.

What’s your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?

My favorite travel destination right now would have to be the U.S Virgin Islands. I have been lucky enough to take a trip there the past 3 summers and fall more in love each time I go. My next dream travel destination would have to be Italy.
