Marion is a trusted Senior Executive Search Consultant on FGP’s Sales and Marketing team. Having worked across business development and executive search, she understands the power of getting it right. She serves clients in the upstate of South Carolina and nationally, specializing in the software, manufacturing, construction, and professional services industries. Marion’s goal is to understand each of her clients’ unique culture and to match that with the top talent they need to continue to grow and achieve their vision.

Prior to joining FGP, Marion worked in human resources and sales. Marion graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.

What is your favorite game or sport to watch or play?

I love to watch football, both college and NFL. I’m rooting for the Hokies, Gamecocks, and whoever is on my fantasy football team.

What do you love to do outside of work?

I am an avid equestrian, and ride and train horses for jumping disciplines. Over the last few years, I’ve started working with retired racehorses, and enjoy retraining them for sport horse careers once they are finished racing.
