Mark Crist
Director of Executive Search
Mark serves as the Director of Executive Search for FGP where he leads a team of 25 multi-disciplined Executive Recruiters in retained and contingency search. Mark is a seasoned recruiting and search professional with over 25 years of experience in the professional recruiting industry. His experience includes recruiting leadership roles in contingency search, retained search and project-based recruiting.
He spent the first 10 years of his career with the professional recruiting division of Spherion Corporation. Starting out as a Researcher, he then progressed into Executive Recruitment and Account Management roles before eventually becoming the Managing Director for Spherion’s Greenville, SC operation. Mark left Spherion after 10 years to join PinPoint Solutions where he led the company’s contingency search division for 14 years. Mark has a BSBA from Ohio State University and an MBA from Clemson University.
