Since joining FGP’s Business Development Team in 2020, Mattie has successfully built strong partnerships with businesses of all sizes and industry backgrounds. During a time when the labor market became increasingly difficult to attract and retain top talent, Mattie became a key player in our South Carolina market. Her dedication to market research and understanding the ever-changing talent landscape has made her an invaluable asset to her clients, helping them strategically identify great talent. Her mission with every opportunity is to understand the organization as a whole, their business goals and challenges related to talent, so that FGP can help them achieve long term success. Over the years, her business partnerships have grown beyond her local footprint, opening doors nationwide to help with critical talent needs. Mattie is a recipient of FGP’s “Great by Choice” award.

A graduate of Bob Jones University, Mattie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Aside from work, her favorite place to be is spending time with her husband and baby, enjoying the great outdoors.

What is your favorite game or sport?

I love watching all types of volleyball games, but my favorite to play is pool volleyball.

What do you love to do outside of work?

Most anything that involves being active outside: Working in my vegetable garden, playing tennis or golf with my husband, and spending the day at the beach/lake/pool.

What’s your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?

My Dream vacation would be to visit Santorini, Greece.
