Megan Graham serves as Vice President of Business Development, leading a robust team of staffing recruiters and sales professionals in Greenville, Columbia, and Charleston. She is also responsible for overseeing the business development strategy and process for the company. Under her leadership, FGP’s staffing division has grown exponentially, increasing the team’s ability to service clients locally, regionally, and nationally. Since joining the team in 2017, FGP has been recognized as a Top 50 Best Professional Recruiting Firm by Forbes Magazine. As a member of the leadership team, she assists with defining the company’s strategy and organizational growth plans. Megan successfully bridges a business need with a candidate solution and takes pride in her knowledge across multiple industries. Her role requires her to be proactive, forward thinking and requires a high level of confidentiality across all communication channels.

Megan began her career as a recruiter working in the Midlands. She has spent more than 15 years finding and identifying the needs of professionals. Her in-depth interview process allows for a long-term partnership with each client and candidate she represents. Megan is involved within the midlands community and is a graduate of Leadership Columbia. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Francis Marion University.

What is your favorite game or sport to watch or play?

My favorite sport to play is tennis, I currently play competitively. I also enjoy watching my sons play basketball, baseball, and flag football.

What’s your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?

My favorite place that I have visited so far is Old Nice in France. It is a beautiful old city in the south of France positioned directly along the Riviera with gorgeous old villas rich with color and history.

What motivates you to work hard?

I’m motivated to provide a solution for the candidates and companies my team partners with. It is my goal that each person I work with can walk away with something that allows them to be more competitive professionally than they were prior to our interaction.
