Additionally, he works confidentially with passive top performing candidates focused on career change, understanding sometimes the process is very stressful. His goal is to provide exceptional, quality service that will make the experience seamless and at the same time rewarding. He is a recipient of FGP’s “Great by Choice” award.

Prior to joining FGP, Troy was with another major talent recruiting firm where he specialized in direct hire for light industrial manufacturing, accounting and finance, healthcare, and IT related positions. The majority of roles filled were sales, marketing, business development, and upper management.

Interesting Facts:

What’s your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?

Israel – I always wanted to see the ancient Biblical landmarks of history such as Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Sea of Galilee and the Dead Sea to name a few. Australia is my second choice. I always wanted to see the Australian Open Tennis Tournament, but to also visit places such as Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbor Bridge, and Melbourne.

If you had a million dollars to spend in a day, what would you do?

Identify five modern day Heroes (military vets, organ transplant donors, law enforcement/first responders) and donate $50,000 to each of the families. Give $75k each to My Church / World Vision / St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Put college funds aside for each of my (3) kids, put my parents in a nicer home, pay off our mortgage and renew my marriage vows to my wife on a beautiful, exotic beach of her choice.

What is your greatest piece of life advice?

“A moment of patience in a moment of anger saves you a thousand moments of regret” and “Don’t make a permanent decision for your temporary emotion.”
