Alex’s experience leading teams and advising senior executives enables her to deliver tailored solutions that balance people, performance, and profitability. She is passionate about helping companies prepare for the future by developing leaders, optimizing compensation frameworks, and crafting strategies that support sustainable growth.

Prior to joining FGP, Alex provided strategic consulting expertise to clients at Elliott Davis. She began her career at EY, performing audit and consulting services for several Fortune 500 companies in the DC and NYC areas.

What is your personal life motto?

“You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” I think it’s extremely important to give everything a chance, learn from your failures as well as your successes, and always work to become a better individual.

What is your favorite game or sport to watch or play?

Lacrosse! Growing up in Maryland, I started playing lacrosse at the young age of 5 and continued through college. I love that it’s gaining popularity here in Greenville, and I can’t wait to get a stick in my young daughter’s hands as soon as possible!

What celebrity would you like to meet at a Starbucks for coffee?

Reese Witherspoon. I love all her movies – especially Legally Blonde and Sweet Home Alabama, her book club selections, and the importance she places on family and authenticity in her life.
