Audrey Burch

Audrey Burch is a Associate Consultant with FGP Consulting based in the Greenville office. In her role, she partners closely with consultants and clients to support projects that strengthen people practices and enhance organizational effectiveness. Drawing on her background in recruiting and relationship management, Audrey takes a collaborative, people-centered approach to her work, helping organizations develop practical solutions that foster engagement, inclusion, and growth. Audrey enjoys building meaningful partnerships and helping organizations achieve impactful, lasting results.

Prior to joining FGP, Audrey served as an Admissions Counselor at Furman University, where she recruited prospective students and guided families through the college admissions process.

What do you love to do outside of work?
My favorite hobbies are spending time outside and watercolor painting. I also love thrifting and antiquing with my friends!

If you could have any other fantasy career what would it be and why?
My fantasy career would be working with small animals, reptiles, and insects at an environmental education center. I love all creatures, and I would greatly enjoy educating more people about non-charismatic species and why they aren’t as scary as they seem. 

What’s the most daring thing you’ve ever done?
In high school, I flew an airplane solo! My dream job was to become an airline pilot, and I took part in a program where I flew for almost 2 years. I learned how to be disciplined and handle myself in stressful situations, which has served me greatly!
