Dani Wilkinson

Dani Wilkinson is FGP’s Director of Growth and Strategy and is based in our Greenville office. In her role, Dani works across multiple areas of the business, partnering with teams in marketing, sales enablement, consulting, and other practice areas to drive strategic growth initiatives. She is focused on identifying opportunities that support long-term business success, from strengthening FGP’s brand and market presence to leveraging emerging technologies such as AI. Dani is passionate about helping the business determine where to play and how to win, ensuring strategy is aligned with execution and sustainable growth. She also enjoys collaborating with colleagues and clients to develop innovative solutions that create value and position FGP for continued success.

Prior to joining FGP, Dani built a diverse career in marketing, beginning in public relations and progressing into broader commercial and strategic leadership roles. Dani is particularly energized by building strong brands, driving profitable growth, and developing strategies that connect business objectives with measurable business outcomes.

What is your favorite game or sport to watch or play?
I love all sports, so that’s a tricky one. I probably love playing golf the most and have committed to making more time to play.  Baseball is my favorite to watch. I actually met my husband playing co-ed Softball! And my two children are avid baseball players in Greenville, and so I love nothing better than hitting pop flies in practice and cheering them on during a game. 

What do you love to do outside of work?
So many things. Being from the UK, we love exploring the States and trying new foods. Experiencing American culture and enjoying going to watch all the big sports is always great fun for us, as it’s so different.

What’s your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?
Europe will always be my first love. We’ve travelled in France, Italy, Spain and Portugal and love these countries and their culture in abundance. The people, the food, the architecture. What’s not to love.

What motivates you to work hard?
My children. I want to show them you can be anything you want to be, and that hard work, perseverance and drive can really get you far in life.  Attitude and belief, I I think, are everything.
