Jessica is a Business Development professional based in our Columbia, SC office. She works with clients across a broad range of industries to deliver tailored staffing solutions that support their organizational goals. She excels at identifying client needs and providing strategic guidance to drive optimal outcomes. Jessica is passionate about building strong client relationships and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Prior to joining FGP, Jessica worked as an Account Executive, partnering with businesses across industries to deliver solutions that strengthened and enhanced their workforce. Jessica graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and later earned a Master of Education in Counselor Education.

What’s your favorite travel destination, or where would you like to go?

I love to be near a body of water – the beach or lake are my favorite. But most of time, you can find us on Lake Wateree. I’m determined to retire there one day!

What is your proudest accomplishment?

My proudest accomplishments are my two children, Harper (14) and Griggs (9). They are my world and bring me the greatest joy!

What is your greatest piece of life advice?

My Diddy always said, “Not everyone eats butterbeans.” It was his way of teaching us that people are different, and it is important to give grace and lavish love on everyone you meet.
