Kathryn Jeremiah is an HR Consultant who partners with organizations to strengthen people practices and align HR strategy with business goals. She works with start-ups, state and local government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and established businesses across industries including banking, crypto-currency, marketing and public relations, construction trades, manufacturing, distribution, and more.
Kathryn brings broad HR expertise with specialties in recruiting process improvement and recruiting assessments, helping organizations improve hiring effectiveness, consistency, and compliance. Her experience also spans compliance, performance management, organizational design, cultural and workforce assessments, and the application of practical HR best practices that support growth and operational effectiveness.
Known for her collaborative and pragmatic approach, Kathryn builds trusted partnerships with her clients and delivers practical solutions that support long-term organizational success.
Prior to joining FGP, Kathryn held progressive HR roles within a large, global consumer goods manufacturer. She is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional and holds a Master of Human Resources degree and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.

I love the beach – any beach will do!
What’s the most daring thing you’ve ever done?
I went skydiving on my 25th birthday! I would definitely do it again – I had a blast!
If you could describe yourself as an animal, what would you be?
I took a spirit animal quiz, and my result was the wolf. The results said, “the power of the wolf brings forth instinct, intelligence, appetite for freedom, and awareness of the importance of social connections.” I believe this is fairly accurate, but I think I would like to be considered more of a Golden Retriever – a little more friendly!
