Laura Fischman

As the Director of Operations for Find Great People, Laura oversees FGP’s internal office processes, technology, analytics, AI strategy, and internal employee experience. Her role focuses on optimizing organizational processes and business tools to align with FGP’s external strategy, elevating FGP’s business efficiency and brand.

Laura has a passion for serving FGP’s internal team and contributing to the organization’s success through various initiatives and projects to streamline business processes and recruiting efforts. She also enjoys overseeing the employee experience, ensuring each member of FGP’s team remains engaged and connected to the company’s 3 G’s. Laura is a recipient of FGP’s Great Person of the Year award and has been recognized as Greenville’s “Best and Brightest.”

Prior to joining FGP, Laura worked in Higher Education. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Virginia Tech and a Master of Education in Counselor Education, Student Affairs from Clemson University.

What is your favorite game or sport to watch or play?

I am a die-hard supporter of Virginia Tech, while also cheering on the Clemson Tigers! Thanks to my husband, I am also a huge Carolina Panthers fan. We try to attend as many games as we can each season. I also love any sport where I can watch my kids find joy and fulfillment. It is so fun watching them develop their passions.

What is your personal life motto?

“Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.”

What motivates you to work hard?

I want to set a positive example for my children, so they know hard work and passion can help them achieve anything they set their minds to.
