As an HR Consultant, Natalie partners with organizations to provide strategic guidance and hands-on support across a range of human resource functions. This includes improving HR processes, resolving employee relations issues, driving initiatives in talent management, organizational development, and culture transformation. Her goal is to form relationships with clients, in hopes to help businesses build stronger teams, align people strategies with business goals, and create positive, high-performing workplaces.
Prior to FGP, Natalie worked in the Human Resources industry for the past 15 years. She has worked in various industries within the manufacturing sector, leading initiatives in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.

What do you love to do outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. Both of my children are involved in extracurricular activities, so I love being a part of that. We also love to go to the park, sporting events and the lake!
What motivates you to work hard?
What really drives me is my family. They’re my biggest reason for working hard, I want to give them the best life I can and be someone they’re proud of. At the same time, I genuinely enjoy putting in the work and seeing results. Whether it’s solving a tough problem or helping a team succeed, that mix of personal responsibility and the satisfaction of getting things done keeps me going.
