Associate Search Consultant
Sarah Grace serves as an Associate Search Consultant in our Charleston office. She assists our Nonprofit & Public Sector Executive Search teams with a variety of tasks from administrative needs to recruiting support. She also works closely with the Executive Search team on research initiatives, proposal development, and client communication support. With a keen eye for details, Sarah Grace is able to support the team efficiently and effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and work is top quality.
Sarah Grace began at FGP in a sales role before transitioning to the Executive Search Team, and prior to joining FGP, Sarah Grace worked for a political organization in Washington, DC. She is from Greenville and attended Clemson University.

What do you love to do outside of work?
I love to travel! I’ve always enjoyed exploring new places and seeing the world with my family and close friends!
What’s the last book you read and what did you think?
Reading about art history is always something that I enjoy so I recently picked up The Art Thief which was slow at first but then got very exciting!
What’s your favorite travel destination?
Florence, Italy because it’s where I had the opportunity to study abroad so it holds a special place in my heart!
