We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Management Supervisor to lead the account management team at an employee benefits company in the Upstate. This ideal candidate will strengthen team performance and client relationships contributing to overall business growth.

This candidate must have at least 3 year in a supervisory role with account management experience.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of account managers to achieve performance goals and foster professional growth.
  • Manage daily operations of client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for challenging client issues, maintaining strong and positive relationships.
  • Track and analyze team performance metrics and client satisfaction scores; implement improvement strategies as needed.
  • Partner with internal teams to assist clients in the best way possible.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives for new account management staff.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and client experience.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in account management, including at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to mentor and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and resolving complex client needs.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Experience
  • In depth third part administrator and insurance knowledge.
  • Knowledge of health, dental, and vision plan administration.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution and problem-solving.

Compensation:
  • $65,000-100,000 based on direct experience in this industry
  • Health, dental, and vision benefits paid for 100% by employer
  • PTO and Paid Holidays
  • 401k plan and match up to 4%

Schedule: Monday through Friday, on-site in Greenville
