We are seeking a professional and experienced Accountant to join a growing team in Piedmont, SC. This is a full time, permanent, direct hire opportunity with full benefits. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of accounting expereince, preferably in the manufacturing industry, and will have excellent MS Excel skills.

Job Description:

  • Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and GL accounts
  • Prepare and enter journal entries
  • Prepare sales/use tax
  • Reconcile and post daily bank entries to ledger
  • Create and maintain weekly AR and collection spreadsheets
  • Provide resolution of past due accounts alongside the AR team
  • Post and maintain foreign related party transactions
  • Assist with audit and tax preparations
  • Support and serve as a backup to AP and AR
  • Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, etc.
  • Prepare AdHoc reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field)
  • 3+ years of strong accounting expereince
  • Manufacturing experience (Preferred but not required)
  • Strong experience with MS Office Suites including Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player attitude

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
  • 100% ONSITE

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $65,000 – $75,000
