Job Description:
- Provides general accounting support, including organizing and maintaining financial records, supporting document retention, and responding to routine inquiries
- Assists with daily transaction processing
- Provides support for monthly financial and budget reporting as needed
- Provides support for internal and external audit requests as needed
- Serves as backup for other duties within the Financial Services department as determined by management
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
- 2-3 years of experience in an accounting support role
- Excellent MS Office Skills
Hours:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8am to 5pm with potential to work either Monday or Friday in addition depending on volume
Compensation & Additional Information:
- $20 hourly
- 3–6-month temporary assignment
- Credit check is REQUIRED upon hiring
